I am the owner and operator of Matt Moles Allstate, where I have served our community for over 24 years. My wife, Mandy, and I are blessed with six children and four grandchildren. Three of our children—our youngest—joined our family through foster care adoption, a journey that is deeply personal to me as I was also adopted as an infant from Bogotá, Colombia.
For more than 16 years, Mandy and I have been licensed foster parents and currently serve as a respite home. We have a deep passion for supporting children and families in the Texas Panhandle and are committed to meeting the growing needs within the foster care community.
I also serve as a Deacon at First Baptist Church, where our faith plays a central role in our lives and in how we raise our family. Through both our church and our fostering journey, we are continually reminded of the importance of strong, supportive communities.
Having known Gwen Hicks for many years, I have seen firsthand the incredible impact of Amarillo Angels in supporting foster and kinship families. In 2026, I am honored to serve my first year as a Board Member and look forward to contributing my experience and heart for this mission in any way that can further its impact.
