Haley was born and raised in Amarillo, a community that has always held a special place in her heart. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University and began her career as a labor and delivery nurse, caring for mothers and welcoming new life into the world.

After she and her husband, Zach, began growing their family, Haley stepped away from nursing for four years to stay home with their children. That season of motherhood deepened her passion for supporting families and caring for children in meaningful ways.

In 2024, Haley returned to bedside nursing as a labor and delivery nurse at Northwest Texas Heathcare System, where she continues to care for mothers and babies while serving the community she calls home.

As a lifelong Amarillo resident and mother of three, including their oldest who joined their family through adoption, Haley has a special heart for children and families. Through her service with Amarillo Angels, she hopes to help strengthen and support families experiencing foster care and to be a small part of bringing hope and encouragement to children in the Amarillo community.
